As a thought.just what EXACTLY did it mean in "User 3" instructions when it said, "Uninstall any previous version of GEX USA\Canada, but do NOT restore or DELETE your backup folders!" I took that to mean "Control Panel, Uninstall a Program", and uninstalled GEX USA\Canada that way. Something appears to not be working correctly, or the interfaces aren't getting updated correctly, or the instructions left out a step ("reverify the location of your backup folders prior to."). I have no idea right now if anything got done correctly, so I'm just going to uninstall all my GEX products and start over. And without a backup folder at C:\GEXn Backup either. And after going to my backup folders on my enternal drive, it show NO files having been "modified" as of today, so I have to assume nothing got backed up there that is "new". My "Select: Backup Folder Location" in the User Interface had also defaulted BACK to showing "C:\GEXn Backup", even though I never created that folder in the past, and it STILL isn't on my compter AFTER running the Europe v1.02 installer and new Backup. After following the "User 3" instructions, I ended up with the GEX Europe interface showing v1.01, but the "Help" PDF file saying it was product v1.02. I had my backups on an external hard drive using the previous "combined" folder method from previous product updates. Don't know what happened, but I followed the instructions for "User 3" and it hosed something up.
